Great article! Yes, the price for mental health care is STEEP. I grew up naively thinking that it would never be needed. How wrong I was! I was the first in my Gen-X family to seek help. Now, my husband has a doc, I have a doc, my son has a doc, and husband and I have a counselor. Our monthly payout for mental health care is enormous.
As for mid-life crisis, like you said, can be good or bad. This is actually a topic I’ve been thinking of writing an article about, too.
