Yes, I’ve tried that over and over again. Unfortunately, with my physical and mental health, I’m unable to do much on most days. Changing my mindset has helped make me feel more accomplished. I’ve heard that there really shouldn’t be more than 3 items on a list per day, but then I can’t always figure out what those three should be. Ha!
